Not wanting to commit to Personal Training sessions but still want some advice on how to get in shape? From developing strength, power and agility for sport to dropping a dress size, we can put together a workout plan to suit you.
For £30 get your own personalised 6 weeks programme. This can be designed to cater to any goal including fat loss, sports performance, muscle gain, event training and aerobic fitness.
